Barry Featherman to Receive 2010 GRAVITAS Award

Washington, DC 8/27/2010 – GRAVITAS Capital, Inc is pleased to announce the 2010 recipient of its Annual Award. The GRAVITAS Award was established in 2007 to recognize individuals of outstanding achievement whose work and activities have impacted and improved the lives of people around the world.

 

This year’s recipient Barry Featherman, Esq., is the Executive Director of the Global Center for Develoment and Democracy in Washington, DC.  He has dedicated his professional career to working to improve relationships between the US and countries in Latin America.  Specifically his efforts to improve Latin America’s political, economic and social stability have resulted in better policies and improved lives.
